We prepare it with the traditional family recipe, preserving the scent of the sea, dosing the sea salt in a balanced way, whole and grated, with a wide variety of formats.

BOTTARGA OF MULLET

A delicacy obtained from mullet eggs, washed, salted and dried with wisdom. A specialty appreciated since ancient times by Arabs, Phoenicians and Carthaginians, Egyptians and Romans, which has always been considered a precious bargaining chip and a noble gift. We still prepare it with the artisan recipe, whole and grated, with a wide variety of formats. Bottarga of Mullet is simple to prepare, cut into thin slices, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and a drop of lemon, or simply accompanied with grapes. Grated, it flavor first courses or croutons with butter.

Tuna Roe Bottarga is an extraordinary and prized delicacy and it is essential in Mediterranean appetizers. It is consumed in thin slices and it is sometimes soaked with some drops of extra virgin olive oil. We produce in different formats in order to adapt to our customers’ needs and to the different distribution channels.
