TUNA MOSCIAME
“Mosciame” is a dry-cured Tuna Loin and it is also known as “ham of the sea”. It’s one of the star product of dry-cured fish made by Le Mareviglie. One of the keys to be able to identify the quality of tuna loins lies in its cut, just close the tuna belly.
